We work with athletes who desire to have a running coach to write a variety of workouts depending on the desired result whether it be a 5K, 10K, half-marathon or marathon. We will get you ready to have a successful result at your upcoming event. We not only use speed training, fartlek/tempo training and long distance running; we use plyometrics, weight training, body weight training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and power exercises. Nutritional consultations are available for our clients. We sit with you to go over your goals and from the combination of your medical history and desires we are able to then formulate a nutrition plan to fit your needs. Your dreams are our PASSION!

HIIT FIT is a core strength and conditioning program that delivers workouts that are designed to MAXIMIZE calorie burn and results in the shortest amount of time. Get fit, get healthy, challenge your mind and body but most importantly HAVE FUN!
Classes are starting Thursday, September 10, 2015 and will be every Thursday at 7:30 pm. Classes will be held at Towne Center Fitness Studio, 310 Towne Drive, Fayetteville, NY. Cost is $10 to drop into a class. Come enjoy the FUN every Thursday night.
